In Portland, Oregon, there are approximately 150 festivals and events that invite street vendors to sell their wares. Most are seeking vendors online through their websites and social media sites*.
Applications can be submitted electronically with options of Paypal or other online payments. Usually there is an option to print and mail as well.
Remember, applications are not usually considered accepted until payments are received.
